Information

Visiting Professor at the International Academy of Contemporary Arts - Palestine. She is one of the founders of the "Adaptation of Settlement Architecture" project. In 2006, she was awarded a Ph.D. for her research entitled "Transnational Politics in Everyday Life" from the University of Trieste. She worked as an Assistant Professor at IUAV University - Venice in the field of visual arts and urban studies from 2001 to 2005. She also worked as an assistant in several research projects that were published internationally: A People Without a State, The Arab City with Alessandro Betti, Border Intrigues (With Many). Published includes: Senza Stato una Nazione, Marsilio, Venezia 2003, Living Between Death, Domus 880 April 2005, Roadmap la stanza dei sogni Liguori Editore, 2004, Archis, Preview#4 2003, A People Without a State Archis, Preview#4 2003. Her research projects have been published in many local and international newspapers and magazines: The New York Times, Al-Manifesto, Al-Ayyam Newspaper, Al-Quds Newspaper, Art Forum, and Awas.
